The Board makes every effort to keep this information current. Clinical Experience Requirement/Supervisor Qualifications: Final regulations approved by the Office of Administrative Law on July 23, 2008. The regulations will take effect on August 22, 2008. Please see final text listed below. A notification will be sent to all current RPE Supervisors regarding the new provisions. Also, a FAQ regarding implementation of the new provisions can be found on this website at http://www.slpab.ca.gov/licensees/faqs.shtml.
